USA Carport Garages (USACG) is an independent dealer of metal structures. We're not "just another online company", we are an online company of Ohio Outdoor Structures, LLC ...one of Ohio's largest sales outlets of portable buildings, metal structures, and other types of outdoor structures. The USACG metal structure service area currently includes many states completely as well as portions of many additional states. While we're eager to serve all 48 continental states, we want to make sure we're partnering with manufacturers who will provide good "post-sale" customer service! We're often asked what makes USACG different than other dealers who are similar to us. It's a long answer, but we'll try to summarize in a quick, two part answer.
1. On one end of the spectrum, you have metal structure dealers who have very sophisticated websites (although sometimes very confusing), "call centers", a huge marketing campaign, giant discounts, and everything possible to make them look like the best. The downside for the customer is that their pricing structure is usually inflated in order to cover all those expenses and there is little concern for how the customer is treated "post-sale" by the Manufacturer. On the other end of the spectrum you have metal structure dealers who have a website that can be difficult to navigate, likely lacking important content with no real way of informing the customer of what they need to know (consider checking sources like the BBB), and no easy way to get a quote or place an order online. With this type of dealer, the ordering process can be cumbersome. The process does not have to difficult and you shouldn't be left with any questions or uncertainties at all.
