USA Carport Garages offers both RTO (Rent-To-Own) and traditional Financing in many states. Please note, the programs available to you will depend on where you live and which manufacturer will be filling your order. About Rent-To-Own (RTO)
RTO allows you to make monthly payments on your new metal structure instead of paying the full balance amount when built. This is not financing, it does not require a credit check like financing, and it does not have an interstest rate like financing! Instead, there is no "approval process" because everyone is approved and you pay a monthly Rental Fee for however long you use the RTO program. The monthly Rental Fee amount is determined by the purchase price, the terms of the agreement (ex. 24, 36, 48, 54, 60 months) and which RTO program is chosen. Most RTO programs offer an "Early Purchase Option" (EPO). When you take advantage of the EPO, there will be no more monthly Rental Fees.
